You may browse the site and place orders for personal use. Please don’t misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or try to access it in ways we haven’t made available.
Menu, prices, and availability
We work to keep our menu and prices accurate, but items may change with the season or sell out. If a price is listed incorrectly, we’ll contact you before completing your order.
Online orders and pickup
Orders are prepared for pickup at the location you choose. Please collect your order within 30 minutes of the ready time. Refunds are available for orders we’re unable to fulfill.
Gift cards
Norvella gift cards never expire and can be used at both locations. They cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Intellectual property
All photos, text, logos, and designs on this site belong to Norvella Café and may not be used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
We provide the site “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Norvella Café is not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the site.
